Terms of Service

In accordance with United States Copyright Laws, Gary Lofgren Photography is, and will remain, the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest, throughout the world, to the copyright of all images and any copies of images created by Gary Lofgren Photography, including those contained herewithin. Gary Lofgren Photography reserves all rights not expressly granted within client or separate licensing agreement(s). 

Client will not make or permit any alterations, including, but not limited to, filters, additions, subtractions, or adaptations, with respect of the image(s), alone or with any other material, without the prior express permission of Gary Lofgren Photography.
